PostHog is operated by PostHog Inc., with data processed on servers in the United States. We have a Data Processing Agreement with PostHog that governs how your data is handled.
Meta processes data through Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for EU users and Meta Platforms Inc. for others. Data is processed globally under Meta’s standard terms.
Google processes data through Google LLC under Google’s standard advertising terms.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
Your consent choices are remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.
PostHog cookies last up to 12 months. Meta and Google cookies follow their own retention policies, typically 90 days to 2 years.
