Cookie policy

This page explains the cookies we use, why we use them, and how to change your mind.

What are cookies?

Small files your browser stores when you visit a website. They’re how a site remembers things between page loads: that you’re logged in, or that you’ve dismissed a banner.

What we don't do

We don’t use cookies to profile you as a person. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run tracking pixels without your consent.

What we use them for

Where your data goes

PostHog is operated by PostHog Inc., with data processed on servers in the United States. We have a Data Processing Agreement with PostHog that governs how your data is handled.

Meta processes data through Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for EU users and Meta Platforms Inc. for others. Data is processed globally under Meta’s standard terms.

Google processes data through Google LLC under Google’s standard advertising terms.

How long cookies stay

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

Your consent choices are remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.

PostHog cookies last up to 12 months. Meta and Google cookies follow their own retention policies, typically 90 days to 2 years.

Change your mind

You can update your choices any time. This opens the same preferences panel you see from the footer.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. For the full list of rights and how to exercise them, see our privacy policy.
