Harshith has spent over ten years building the kind of lab that earns that responsibility. His training started at Manipal, then Naples where he worked alongside ESHRE-certified embryologists at one of Europe's high-volume IVF units, and then into some of India's most demanding clinical setups—Nova IVI across three cities, followed by Aveya Fertility in New Delhi, where he has led the lab as Senior Embryologist and Scientific Director since 2019. In that time he has built lab infrastructure from the ground up, established SOPs, implemented AI-integrated embryology workflows, and trained embryology teams across multiple centres.
