IVF

It's natural to have a baby with science.

More natural than not talking about it. The IVF care you’d actually want.

Our approach

IVF care that is honest

The science works. We'll tell you if you actually need it and check every other option before we recommend it.

We've been trying for almost two years.

A doctor told us we need IVF. We're not sure.

We're choosing a clinic.

Our first IVF failed.

Everything came back fine.

Step one is always finding the root cause. We do a comprehensive workup for both partners — bloods, scans, semen analysis, lifestyle markers — before we know the next step.

Arva Stories

From women & their partners who chose Arva.

The hand holding team walks you throughout - the timely check-ins, answering little questions, making you comfortable, hearing out concerns, giving right suggestions, not forcing a treatment on you. They are an exception in this greedy corporate world.

Khushboo K.

The entire team has made what can be an overwhelming and emotional process feel so much more comfortable. Dr. Trinna has been incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. Jessie, my counsellor, has been so understanding and supportive. Fatema from the care team has been wonderful to interact with. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into anything 💛

How IVF works at Arva, step-by-step

7 steps across 6-ish weeks. A fixed cost agreed before we begin.

Chat with Jessie

Chat with Jessie

A no-strings-attached conversation with our fertility advisor. Before you've paid a rupee or made any decisions, she'll walk you through everything - the steps, the options, the costs. She also has a background in psychology, because IVF is as demanding emotionally as it is physically.

First assessment

First assessment

A 45-minute consultation with your clinician. We run everything - medical history, AMH, AFC, FSH, thyroid, prolactin, a pelvic ultrasound, follicle count, and bloodwork, partner's sperm analysis if needed - all in the same clinic, on the same day. There are no default next steps. We plan forward based on your results.

Sperm sample

Sperm sample

A backup sample is collected and frozen ahead of retrieval day, so there's never any pressure to perform under a clock. A fresh sample is also taken on the day, and we use the better of the two. Private collection room. Processed and stored in our own andrology lab.

Stimulation & monitoring

Stimulation & monitoring

A day 2 scan starts your cycle. For 10-12 days, you'll take hormone shots to grow multiple eggs in one cycle, with scans and dose adjustments every few days to keep everything on track. On the last day, one final shot gets your eggs ready for retrieval. Dosage adjusted daily to how your body is responding. Your entire care team is on a WhatsApp group with you for every question.

Retrieval & recovery

Retrieval & recovery

A 15-minute procedure in our in-house OT. The same team who was with you on day 2 will be with you inside. Before they're fertilised, say hi to your eggs on the lab monitor. Recover in an Arva Rest Pod. Think hospitality, not a hospital - hot plate of food, chai or coffee, a care kit, a warm towel, a comforter. Take your time here. Then a clinical check-in, an emotional check-in, and a full debrief with your embryologist.

Freeze & prepare

Freeze & prepare

Your body needs time to reset, so we don't transfer in the same cycle. Your embryos are frozen at the blastocyst stage and stored in our lab - all in the same clinic. Your care team stays with you as you get prep - nutrition, stress, sleep, and getting your uterus lining ready for transfer. You're not doing this alone.

Transfer & beta hCG

Transfer & beta hCG

When your lining is ready, we do a single, gentle embryo transfer. Same team, same clinic - by now, we're friends. Then two weeks of downtime. Your care team doesn't leave your side. A blood test tells us where we are, and what comes next.

Your ovaries are given hormones to help make multiple eggs. The good ones are retrieved and fertilised with healthy sperm in our lab. The resulting embryo is transferred back into your uterus, and becomes your baby. That's the procedure. The rest is timing, protocol, and how closely someone is watching.

The first IVF baby is now nearly fifty. Eight million children alive today were conceived this way. They've gone to school, had their own children, and lived ordinary lives. The science isn't new anymore. It's just not the version of becoming a parent your parents knew.

That depends on your situation. Some people walk in and IVF is the right call from day one - couples with low ovarian reserve, blocked tubes, severe male-factor infertility, certain genetic histories, or for same-sex couples and single parents by choice. Others walk in and we don't recommend it. Yet, or at all. If you want a real answer for you, we'll do the workup and tell you.

A single stimulated IVF cycle at Arva is a fixed, all inclusive price covering consultations, medications, all scans, egg retrieval, ICSI, blastocyst culture, and single-embryo transfer. This also covers Year-1 of storage, that most other clinics don't include. We quote once, and we don't change the number.

Yes - low-AMH protocols are our lead clinician's deep focus, with 2,000+ retrievals in this area. We adjust stimulation, timing, and lab handling specifically for diminished ovarian reserve, and we'll give you an honest read on expected outcomes.

On a mission to help you build your family, on your timeline.
