A no-strings-attached conversation with our fertility advisor. Before you've paid a rupee or made any decisions, she'll walk you through the timeline, the process, the costs, and any of the hundred other questions you have. If we think you don't need to freeze yet, we'll tell you that too.
A 45-minute consultation with your clinician. A blood test for your AMH and a quick ultrasound for your AFC, both done in one visit. Together they tell us where your egg reserve stands and how your body is likely to respond. This is how we build a protocol that's right for you.
A day 2 scan starts your cycle. For 10-12 days, you'll take hormone shots to grow multiple eggs in one cycle, with scans and dose adjustments every few days to keep everything on track. On the last day, one final shot gets your eggs ready for retrieval. Dosage adjusted daily to how your body is responding. Your entire care team is on a WhatsApp group with you for every question.
A 15-minute procedure in our in-house OT. The same team who was with you on day 2 will be with you inside. Before they're frozen, say hi to your eggs on the lab monitor. Recover in an Arva Rest Pod. Think hospitality, not a hospital - hot plate of food, chai or coffee, a care kit, a warm towel, a comforter. Take your time here.
This part is all us. Within hours of retrieval, your eggs are vitrified by a senior embryologist and stored on-site at -196°C, exactly as they are today, for as long as you need them. Year 1 of storage is already included in your price.
A follow-up with your doctor and embryologist to walk through your final egg count, what it means for your future options, and how to think about the years ahead. Your care team stays available for any questions that come up later.

Egg freezing is the process of retrieving your eggs, freezing them at their current age, and storing them until you're ready. The process takes about two weeks from your first injection to retrieval day. It doesn't stop your biological clock, but it does mean the eggs you have today are available to you whenever you need them.
While the biological clock is real, it's not a relevant reason to have babies before you're ready anymore. Egg freezing is for anyone who isn't ready yet—for whatever reason, on whatever timeline.
Egg freezing is a great option if you want children someday, but whether you need to freeze now depends on your age, your biology, your timeline, and most importantly your choice. If we think you can wait, we'll say so, honestly, even if that means you leave without booking a cycle. But if now's the time...
